These include: the NHS, worship groups and other charitable and educational organisations. We can also provide a 'Halls for Hire' banner advertising the premises' availability to improve your venue's visibility.
We will act as the first port of call for anyone looking to hirer your premises. Where necessary, we will set up your own email, and direct all telephone enquiries to us, taking the hassle out of reservation requests.
We will provide, organise and update a shared calendar specific to your venue. We will manage your hire schedule to prevent clashes and maximise the use of your space while ensuring that hirers use your premises safely and responsibly.
If you do not have an existing licence agreement template, we will create a bespoke version tailored to your venue and expectations of your hirers.
Our thorough screening process ensures that you get the best possible clients for your premises.
Our process ensures that we collect and process client's data in line with data protection regulations. Using Docusign to digitally manage contracts securely, we are able to keep track of signed agreements and ensure that hirers are aware of their obligations ahead of their event.
We handle invoicing at the end of the month for regular hirers using Xero to track payment. For one-off bookings, we ensure that payment is arranged at least a week prior to their event.
We charge commission on the revenue made from bookings. The first three months' with us are free while we set-up our systems and start bring in regular hirers. This means you are only charged when you start seeing results.
